Our services are available for a wide range of people who suffer with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, people who have physical disabilities, sensory impairment and for people who have mental health problems.
We offer a tailored care service aimed at promoting independence choice and dignity. Services are available on a short-term or long-term basis.
All the care staff are encouraged to gain recognised qualifications; this enables them to keep up-to-date with the ever-changing health and social care requirements. Equally important to us is recognising the importance of having highly trained, valued and motivated carers, who have opportunities to supplement their knowledge base.
Carers are screened by POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults), CRB checked (Criminal Records Bureau) and hold a clean driving licence. We feel it is important to take the time to introduce our carer’s to clients prior to commencement of our services. This benefits both clients and carers who then have an opportunity to get to know one another.
