SASK Optics is a friendly, independent family run opticians, in the local area, who offer home visits to house bound patients.   

We carry out all the checks necessary including tests for glaucoma and diabetes and are able to detect cataracts at a very early stage, which are more prevalent in the elderly.  

We will also discuss any vitamin and mineral supplements that can be taken to slow the progress of eye conditions such as macular degeneration. 

We provide a complete service which includes both NHS and private eye care and have a wide selection of frames to choose from.  If any spectacles are required, we will drop them off at the patients’ convenience, completely free of charge.
