Whilst we specialise in the adaptation of properties under disabled facilities grants we also prepare, submit, tender and supervise construction of new build housing, extensions and alterations, listed buildings and small retail developments.

We undertake the design of between 250 - 300 disabled adaptations every year. These range in complexity from a simple ramped access to property through level access showers to provision of new bedroom facilities with ensuite level access showers.
